DMC 118 to Anchor: Thread Conversion

Anchor 110 is a close match in the blue-violet variegated range, but be aware that this same number also appears as a conversion for DMC 112 (Variegated Wildflowers) in some charts — if your project uses both threads, you'll need to differentiate them with a different Anchor shade for one. For standalone use of DMC 118, Anchor 110 captures the twilight blue-violet character reasonably well, though gradient rhythm and transition lengths will differ. The atmospheric, transitional quality that makes DMC 118 effective in sky and water designs is generally preserved.
