Cosmo 2613 is a workable close match that may also run slightly warmer (more orange) than the DMC original. The practical impact depends on context: in a gradient calibrated across both cool reds and warm oranges, a small shift toward orange can disrupt the progression. In standalone red-orange designs — fox portraits, poinsettia bracts, autumn leaves — the Cosmo version performs well without meaningful compromise.
