DMC 445 to Cosmo: Thread Conversion

Cosmo 571 is a close match with a minor tonal shift compared to the DMC original. Used alone throughout a project, the Cosmo version looks appropriate. The complication arises in gradient sequences where 445 transitions from or toward adjacent DMC yellows — the subtle tonal difference can create a slightly uneven step. If you're building a complete yellow gradient in mixed brands, test the full sequence of threads together before beginning.
