DMC 422 to Cosmo: Thread Conversion

Cosmo 732 is a close match that serves well in most applications. Some stitchers report a very slight warmth variation compared to the DMC original — Cosmo's version may read fractionally more neutral, with the golden quality slightly less pronounced. This difference is essentially invisible in standalone use but becomes relevant in a tight hazelnut family gradient (420, 869, 422) where each step needs to maintain the same warm character. Test against your other hazelnut shades before using Cosmo 732 in a gradient sequence.
