DMC 116 to Anchor: Thread Conversion

Anchor 189 is a close match in the teal variegated range. Anchor's version may have somewhat different repeat lengths than DMC 116, producing color banding at different intervals — a factor that matters more in large geometric fills than in organic, impressionistic designs like coastal water or tropical foliage. The teal blue-green character is well preserved overall. If you're using this in an ocean or seaside design, stitch a small test area and judge the banding pattern from arm's length before proceeding with a full fill.
