DMC 3862 to Anchor: Thread Conversion

Anchor 358 is a close match for DMC 3862 Dark Mocha Beige. Anchor's dark warm brown range in this value tends toward a slightly more neutral brown, with less of the olive-golden warmth that characterizes 3862. For most design purposes the substitution is workable, but in designs where the yellow-warmth of mocha beige is integral to the palette — antique furniture, dried botanical specimens, aged leather — the difference can be noticeable in finished pieces.
