DMC 3761 to Madeira: Thread Conversion

Madeira 1104 is a close match for DMC 3761 that tends to run slightly lighter than the DMC original in some dye lots. If your design relies on 3761 to provide a specific value contrast against a deeper blue — as it does in the sky shading sequences where it functions as the upper-sky highlight — Madeira 1104 may read as too pale and cause the gradient to look washed out. In designs where 3761 appears as a background fill or gentle accent rather than a contrast-defined element, Madeira 1104 works well.
