DMC 3761 to Anchor: Thread Conversion

Anchor 928 is the most commonly used substitute for DMC 3761 Light Sky Blue and reads very similarly in most lighting conditions. Some stitchers report it sitting slightly cooler — a touch more gray-blue than the honest sky-blue of the DMC original — but in a finished piece this difference rarely causes issues. For blended needle setups where 3761 is being worked with adjacent threads, do a side-by-side swatch with Anchor 928 before committing, since the slight hue shift can affect how smoothly the blended transition reads.
