Anchor 68 is the commonly cited equivalent for DMC 3682 Mauve and works acceptably for most projects, though it pulls slightly cooler and less rosy than the warm DMC original. For many finished pieces this distinction disappears — the design context and surrounding colors absorb small hue differences. But in a careful gradient where 3682's specific warmth is carrying the mid-range position, the slight Anchor shift is worth testing before committing to large fills.
