DMC 327 to Anchor: Thread Conversion

Anchor 100 is probably the closest practical match among the available alternatives for DMC 327 Dark Violet. It shares the balanced violet character and stitches to a very similar result. Some experienced stitchers consider Anchor 100 and DMC 327 effectively interchangeable for all but the most color-critical work. That said, the close rather than exact rating means at this deep, saturated value — where small red-blue balance differences are harder to see in the skein but can show up once stitched — testing on fabric under your working light is worthwhile before committing to a large project.
