Cosmo 116 is a close match for DMC 3832 that tends toward slightly less blue in its raspberry interpretation — leaning fractionally more toward a true red-pink rather than a warm blue-raspberry. In most standalone medium raspberry applications this is acceptable, but for the full raspberry trio gradient where 3831, 3832, and 3833 must read as a coherent family, mixing Cosmo 116 with the DMC versions in adjacent areas may reveal a subtle undertone shift.
